I’m Back! And so is Adobe.

Been a crazy-busy 2 months. Things are just picking up and more web work is on the horizon. Which is great, especially with the announcement today from Adobe announcing their new product, Edge. Adobe Edge is the HTML5 software equivalent of Flash. I’m very excited about this. I used to work and preferred Flash over regular HTML based websites. Over the past few years I’ve pretty much abanodned flash altogether. Adobe’s new action script has show me they are no longer catering to graphic designers but instead programmers. As much as I would love to learn another scripting language, I just don’t have the time. Plus, now HTML5 is all the rage and talk on the streets says its becoming the Flash killer. Which is great since it’s less of a resource hog and has more potential. But, HTML5 was yet again another computer language that I would have to eventually learn. With Edge, I can learn HTML5 and create dynamic, animated websites with a user-friendly UI much like Flash was a few years ago.

Goodbye Namezero, Time to Move on.

I’m finally picking up the reigns and moving completely to my new host at hostmonster.com. For the past 5 years I’ve had my TYDZN.com domain registered with namezero.com and directed it to my mobileme account. With Hostmonsters list of features and unbeatable pricing they’ve won me over. Saving $10 a year ain’t bad either.

Death So Soon?

For those following this blog during its infancy stage, (anyone out there? anyone at all?) I will be killing this nice little blog here and incorporating a new custom blog onto my official website. It will streamline my brand and experience for visitors visiting my site. I will continue this blog until the new one is live, so don’t leave me yet!

Acquired New Site for Launching Pad

Jumping the gun! I recently registered my interwebs name-sake to be used as a launching pad for my various TYDZN sites/networks. Not much on the site except for a link back to here, but stay tuned for www.tylerdille.com awesomeness!

iPhone WordPress App

I just downloaded the WordPress iPhone app. Quite impressive! I manage a couple blogs for work and now my new personal blog, all on one app. You can set up wordpress.com blogs or wordpress blogs hosted on your own server. Free in the app store.
